These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and big321 (hereinafter "big321", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://big321.cam and any related subdomains, mobile applications, or digital interfaces operated by the Company.

big321 is an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving Malaysian players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations in Malaysia. The Company operates under an international gaming licence (Curaçao jurisdiction) and is subject to the compliance obligations associated with that regulatory framework.

These Terms apply to all games, services, features, and promotions available on big321, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting, lottery, bingo, poker, and any future offerings. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on big321, you agree unconditionally to these Terms in their current version as published on this page.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account held by a Player on the big321 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds separately ringfenced.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds from a Player's Account.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on big321 are denominated.
• "Platform" means the big321 website, mobile applications, and any other digital interfaces operated by the Company.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotional features, support services, and ancillary services made available via the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by Company policy.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing without an Account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions or services.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to hold an Account and access real-money Services on big321, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

1. You are aged 21 years or older. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. big321 applies a minimum age of 21 for all real-money casino and sports betting activities in line with internationally accepted responsible gambling standards.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of big321 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change at any time during the life of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree not to share, transfer, or sell access to your Account under any circumstances. big321 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Before processing any withdrawal request, big321 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework. KYC verification may also be requested at any time at the Company's reasonable discretion.

Standard KYC documentation includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that the Player is aged 21 or above, typically evidenced by the same identity document.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months displaying your full name and current address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of Maybank, CIMB, or Touch 'n Go eWallet account).

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC documentation is received and verified to the Company's satisfaction. The Company will endeavour to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receipt of complete documentation. Providing false, altered, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All deposits and withdrawals on big321 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which big321 bears no responsibility.

7.1 Deposits. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on big321:

Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in Account review.

7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as published on the Platform's cashier page and subject to periodic update.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that it deems to require further verification, without time limitation.

Once approved, most DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may require additional network confirmation time. The Company does not guarantee specific processing times as these may be affected by factors outside its control.

big321 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload promotions, free bets, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering Requirements apply to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Only one (1) active bonus may be held at any time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bonuses expire as specified in individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on big321 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game, betting market, or event type. These rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between specific game or market rules and these Terms, the more specific rule shall prevail.

9.1 Sports Betting. big321's sportsbook covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and a broad range of other markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. Mix Parlay bets are subject to the specific Parlay rules published in the sportsbook.

9.2 Void Bets. big321 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or does not commence within the stated time window; (c) a bet was placed after the official result of an event was known; or (d) other circumstances as published in the specific market rules.

9.3 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee outcomes on individual sessions. big321 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules upon reconnection. Where a round cannot be completed, the bet will be returned to the Player's Account balance. Disconnections attributable to the Player's own connection are not eligible for compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the big321 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Account, either personally or in coordination with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or if online gambling is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, exploiting game mechanics, or circumventing security measures.
• Colluding with other Players or exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing big321 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to professional bonus hunters exploiting terms systematically.

All content on the big321 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, video, audio, interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of big321 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of big321.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of big321's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big321 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While big321 takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous service, the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

big321 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Company firmly believes that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The minimum age for all real-money activities on big321 is strictly 21 years.

All registered Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools, available at no charge and effective immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when a defined session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected period and cannot be overridden at the Player's request.

14.1 Suspension by the Company. big321 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; potential fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; receipt of a court order or regulatory direction; or where verification of Player identity or payment method is pending.

14.2 Closure by the Company. big321 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where a Player is found to have been ineligible at the time of registration, or where continued operation of the Account poses unacceptable regulatory or reputational risk to the Company. In the event of closure for breach, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

14.3 Closure by the Player. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. On receipt of a valid closure request, the Company will process any outstanding balance (subject to KYC compliance and absence of pending investigations) within a reasonable timeframe and close the Account. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

14.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant Accounts, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, being the jurisdiction under which big321 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and big321 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should in the first instance contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. big321 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures available under the Company's operating licence. Malaysian Players acknowledge that the resolution of disputes via Malaysian courts or regulatory bodies is not guaranteed given the international nature of the Platform's operations.

big321 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
